I think unfortunately that it will take a few years for the issues with tokens to get resolved.
That's everything from lack of disclosures, to broken dual equity vs token structures, to out of control foundation comp, etc...
The vast majority simply aren't investable at the current moment.
Just because something has already gone down 80% doesn't mean it can't go down 80% again.
This is genuinely surprising to me.
I've always had a strong aversion to process goals and naturally prefer to focus on outcome.
Founders - how do you do goal setting? Do the org's north star goals tend to be process, performance or outcome?
A new meta-analysis on the impact of goal setting on performance found:
1. Process goals had a large effect on performance
2. Performance goals had a moderate effect
3. Outcome goals had a negligible effect
