On August 29th, the Dialect account quoted a post from the Aqua Telegram bot account featuring an integration of our Alerts Stack developer tools that their team had said they built. Today, we learned from a @zachxbt investigation that Aqua likely rug pulled their users of 21.77k SOL. At Dialect we build developer tools that teams can use for free. Anyone can use these tools without our explicit permission. We received no payment or any kind of funds or compensation from Aqua either for our products or for any promotional engagement. I just made the call that we should support a new team using our developer tools. I regret that call, and am reviewing our internal processes for future marketing partnerships to minimize the chances that this will happen again. To ensure Dialect's posts are not directing users to a scam account, we deleted the original post. For transparency, I'm including an image attachment of it here. Thank you @zachxbt for the investigations that you do. It's a great service to the community and an inspiration for teams like Dialect, and me personally. ❤️ Zach's investigation post on Telegram:
