I think there's some confusion, so a bit of clarity into how the Spark Liquidity Layer rate targeting works:
The SLL targets a specific rate on different markets. This rate has a debt ceiling , and will programmatically deploy liquidity to meet borrowers on-demand.
For example, if you wanna borrow $80M DAI with pt-sUSDe-25SEP2025 collateral, you can pull available liquidity, and the SLL will supply capital so that the rate matches our target, until the ceiling is reached.
