These MMs are ripping me a new Jackson hole

We're all glued to charts all day but 90% of you don't take the time to study previous trades. Why? Most people don't have a trade review process. They keep making the same small mistakes without ever noticing. A solid review catches the bad habits you've picked up that crush your PNL. - Did you follow your plan or improvise? - Was your entry clean or pure impulse? - Did you exit too early or late? - Did your emotions play a role during any moment during the trade? If you don't spend a few minutes to review your trades, you're not learning as much as you can. Start journaling. Screenshot your entries & exits. Write a few sentences on what worked and what didn't. It feels like a massive pain to do, but once you make it a habit, it'll completely change how you approach new trades. You're sitting on your phone or at the computer staring at charts anyway. Spend a few minutes to do a trade review.

Instead of buying at certain levels, I’m waiting to see a shift in intraday price action. Buyers have been nowhere to be found since the initial selloff on Thursday. I want to see: - Consistent buy pressure. - A consolidation period that breaks up. - Long lower wicks after sweeping levels. Until that happens, I’m happy to sit and wait.

USELESS Retesting a key daily level here. A bounce and/or consolidation around here would be ideal. Lose the ~$225m market cap level and I'd consider it a failed reclaim. It's also worth noting the Daily lower high. Let's see.

Solana / SOL Buyers need to step in here. H4 breakdown point + H1 consolidation retest. If it fails here, I'll look for a sweep of $173. Only interested in longs on a reclaim of $176.

PENGU Must hold daily consolidation here. Lose it and I think we see a quick move down to .025. Nothing notable on the h4 yet. A good starting point for any local low arguments is a reclaim of ~.033.

ENA Retest of Daily consolidation. Fail to bounce from here and the BIG buy level is ~.48.
