For all you hustlers… I looked at an old pitch deck. The investor turned @KASTcard down. Too much CAC, too many competitors, no clear GTM. The numbers were ridiculous, we’d never hit that! They weren’t alone. Many turned us down. Made me mad, but gave me hunger. Truth be told, they had valid points. How does a B2B guy, launch a B2C app? How? 1/ Hustle damn hard 2/ Bet big singularly ie. @solana & SuperTeam’s globally. Solana is for apps. Solana is for startups. Others give you grants and free money. On Solana you don’t need it, you have a hyper-engaged community for any idea you have. And you have a foundation who actively promotes builders for free. The first time Solana posted about us, or when they made a video about us, I never even knew. I just woke up to it. That’s the support you really need. In the end, Solana gave @KASTcard the one thing which scared VCs most - unbeatable GTM efficiency. The community got us from 0 to 1. $20M ARR & 500k installs in 13 months. Effectively break-even. Blew away projections. Apparently we needed $35M by Q3 2025, but we’ve only needed to raise $10M. Now, let’s go blow away the 24 month figures!
