Haven’t been posting much the last week or so. Went to the emergency room last Sunday with some heart complications. Have recovered pretty well and still seeing doctors to monitor, but it opened my eyes to the fact I’m not that impervious 20-something year old anymore. The goal for 2026 is fully overhaul my time management and ensure I have a balance of time - exceptional work output while maintaining sleep, exercise and diet. Like everything, health compounds both negatively and positively. You decide which one it is. Min/Max 2026 boys and girls
